Kunal Chopra's diary 23rd May 2012- Ek simple sa kala khatta bhi kick deta hai

Kunal Chopra's diary - 23rd May 2012- Kala Khatta Costing 20 Rs only, for everything else there is master card..

Truly a master card cannot help pay for your batata vada or kala khatta.

Just a day back I was listening to a song, ' tere sang ek simple se coffee' and here we have a kala khatta scene- simple kala khatta. They are just hand picking the mumbai street delicacies into the story.

Richa ko mujhe se jyada uska life style pyara tha
use mujhse jyada woh bangla aur gaadi pyara tha
Kash woh samajh pati
Kash woh dekh pati
Kash woh mehsoos kar pati
Ki khushi gaadi ke model mein nahi hai
Khushi five star restaurant meini nahi hai
Khushi to saath chalne wale se hai
Khushi to saath mein kaun hai usse hai, restaurant se nahi

Wapis ghar aate waqt, kuch door hum dono bus khamoshi se chale jaa rahe the
Hum dono hi kuch soch rahe the
Na woh janti thi ki main kya soch raha hoon
Aur na main janta tha ki uske man mein kya chal raha hai
Magar fir bhi hum dono hi muskura rahe the
Pata nahi kya soch kar
Pata nahi kis baat ko yaad kar ke
Pata nahi kaunsa sapne dekh kar
Magar us khamoshi mein bhi khushi thi

Wondering, who wants to grow up !!!

(I have tried to not repeat myself - because the scene is very similar to the batata vada episode and lo and behold I just realised that I had mentioned kala khatta in that post..no wonder they stole the idea from there..:P

The joys are not in the big things,
but in the small things,
the joy is in eating a vada pav from a road side vendor,
the joy is in that kala khatta and not the cocktail
the joy is in eating the warm corn at the beach when it is raining
the joy is in walking in the rain
the joy is in a train ride

Whose stealing my ideas : P )

If at all someone is stealing...please show us some scenes of a rainy day in Mumbai, near the queen's necklace or maybe Powai Lake is equally good :P
